What is Modification garage?

The modification garage is the red MODIFICATION building. Park on the START MODIFICATION pad and edit the owned vehicle. Reported rows include engine, transmission, plate, lights, suspension, and wheelbase. V1.1.9 adds wide rim type, material, and accessories and reworks rim types.
